This is all it takes to be a Business Development Executive (BDE).
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Finverge Realty Services. In this role, you will be the primary driver of new client acquisition, pipeline management, and long-term business relationships — playing a key part in expanding our market presence across the realty sector.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and consistently expand the client base.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored company solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Stay well-versed in all company products and services to confidently represent our offerings.
• Drive new client acquisition through direct outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a BDE or similar client-facing sales role.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
• Confident in telephone-based client communication and follow-ups.
• Working knowledge of web platforms, CRM tools, HRM systems, and invoicing software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline — IT or non-IT both welcome.
