Subscription & Usage

Our software is provided on a subscription basis. Clients receive access rights only ownership of the software remains with Qlinkon Technology.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• Timely payment of fees
• Lawful use of services

Payments

Subscription and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services may be suspended for overdue payments

Data & NDA

Client data remains the client's property. If additional confidentiality protection is required, a separate NDA must be executed between both parties.

Marketing Disclaimer

We do not guarantee sales, leads, SEO rankings, website traffic, business growth, or return on investment from marketing services.

Warranty Disclaimer

All software, services, hardware kits, and add-ons are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties or guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

Qlinkon Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
